Two Weeks on v3

For two weeks we built a studio so an agent could do the work: start something, talk to it, get a file back.

It ran. Then it grew extra screens and rituals. A week went into fighting the interface about how an answer should look. By the end the app was the job.

We threw it out. Patching would have kept that shape. The shape was the problem. We needed smaller.

The next version is a folder tree and a conversation. You pick a project, you start a run, you talk, you look at the result. If you like it, you keep it.
