Modules are optional packs you add after install. Predetermined moves only. The first pack is Delegate.
Mark a finished result in the conversation (a PNG, PDF, HTML, or the text). Then send it from the pack: pick a real person, email or their CC, optional note.
The conversation does not send. The tree does not send. If no pack that accepts a result is installed, there is no add button.
People and roles come from the customer vault. Add a person note, they show up next open. The client uses the pack. They do not edit it.
This is design on a draft. Not in a customer's hands yet.
